Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Location of the infringing material and sufficient information for us to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the material is being used without authorization;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement notification.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must contain:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement that you believe the takedown was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the court.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We are strict on copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
